PyMOL plugins (2007)

I have written several plugins for PyMOL to make life with PyMOL easier. Most of them are combined in the rTools 0.7 package. rTools helps with:

Making movies

Displaying frequently used commands

Browsing molecule files quickly

Using the external programs DSSP, PASS, and HBEXPLORE

rTools 0.7.2

Offers a lot of commands for making movies, accessing some external programs and provides some toolboxes you might find useful. Has improved installation and better documentation compared to 0.6.
rTools 0.7.2 contains many bugfixes.
